Tear & Wear

The high-street churns out 1000’s of identical versions of the same clothes one after another – a nasty side effect of globalization. Instead of desperately hunting for something to be different to wear only to have a fat girl wearing it next to you on the tube, why not flip the process – buy the same dress as everyone else and make it your own.

Tear and wear is a lifesize paper chain of dresses made from Tyvek®, a strong washable type of paper. A perforated floral grid pattern was die-cut into sections of the dresses to allow them to torn into the desired cut. So whether it’s picnic in the park, coffee with friends Tear & Wear is the dress for you ; )
